The client processed a bank statement and one of the line items in the bank statement overview in transaction
FEBA shows the status as "Complete." However, the client used a wrong posting rule here. How can you change to the correct posting rule and process the transaction again so that the status is changed to "Posted"

FEBA shows the status as "Complete." However, the client used a wrong posting rule here. How can you change to the correct posting rule and process the transaction again so that the status is changed to "Posted"
There are two ways to handle this situation:
- With a reverse bank reconciliation posting document.
- By deleting the bank statement from the SAP R/3 system. To delete the bank statement, follow these steps:
1. In T-code SM38, enter RFEBKA95 and execute the program. It will open the posted bank statement.
2. Deselect all and select the statement that is wrongly posted to delete it.
3. Repost the bank statement through T-code FF67.

Going to se38 and executed program RFEBKA96 and delete the bank statement. after checked the bank statement is not displayed through this program.
However the same bank statement is displayed in T.code FF67, when overview is selected and selected bank is displayed.
The user was able to display all the values of the bank statement and says the bank statement is displayed.
SAP FICO Initial Cash Journal Upload Issue -9
Opening cash journal balance, first upload in Bank to cash contra clearing account through F-02 and afterwards go to FBCJ and take receipt on opening date by selecting the relevant business transaction.
Create a new Business transaction for initial balance upload.When you use this transaction, system will post entry as follows:-
Cash A/C....Dr.
Insted of directly Booked the Cash Balance in Cash Book a/c at the time of uploading the balance, you can create one separate GL A/c for Cash Balance - Upload and upload the opening balance in this A/c. and the same way you can create Business Transaction in Cash Journal in receipt type.
Now after uploading the balance, go to FBCJ and in receipt side select Business Transaction - Cash Balance - Upload and select GL A/c Cash Balance Upload and post. ( You may keep default this GL A/c in Business Transaction of Balance Upload in FBCJ) after entering opening balance, you may block this business transaction.
